Haley's journey
H. Esthetics was created during a very hard season in our founder's life. While Haley and her husband Brady walked through years of fertility struggles, lashing became her escape, a passion she poured her heart and soul into.
She spent hours getting to know each client, helping them feel more confident and beautiful. As the client base grew, she began training other lash artists so that every guest could have that same experience, a personal relationship with an artist who truly knows them.
Born and raised in Arizona, Haley was diagnosed with vitiligo as a child, a condition where the skin loses melanin and turns white in certain areas. Being so aware of her skin from a young age grew her love for skincare and all things beauty. She graduated from Penrose Academy in 2015 as a licensed esthetician and laser technician, then married Brady and moved to Texas. Today they have two children, Banks and Ellis, who are their world.
We have been there for our clients' happiest days, weddings and big celebrations, and their hardest ones, too. That is the heart of H. Esthetics: we care about every single client, and we want each one to leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Founder & Master Lash Artist
Our founder. A licensed esthetician and laser technician (Penrose Academy, 2015) whose lifelong love of skin and beauty grew into H. Esthetics. She started lashing in 2017 and opened the studio in 2019.
