A licensed lash artist applies a single lash extension to each individual natural lash using a professional lash adhesive. The set is built lash by lash for a seamless, natural result.

Your natural lashes shed every 4 to 6 weeks, and each lash is on its own cycle. We recommend a fill every 2 to 3 weeks, around when you're about 50% full, to keep them looking fresh.

Plan for about 2 to 3 hours for a full set. Refills run roughly 1 to 1.5 hours depending on how much time has passed since your last visit.

No. Our artists are licensed and trained to apply extensions properly so your natural lashes stay healthy. Caring for them correctly at home keeps them in great shape, too.

Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours. After that, wash them daily with a lash shampoo, rinse, let them air dry, and gently brush them into place. That's it.

Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Skip mascara entirely, and avoid waterproof mascara for a few days beforehand since residue can prevent extensions from adhering. Avoid caffeine so it's easier to relax, and wear glasses instead of contacts.

Classic is one extension per natural lash for a natural, mascara-like look. Hybrid mixes classic and volume. Volume uses lightweight fans for a fuller, fluffier look. Mega volume is the most dramatic and bold. Your artist will help you choose.

Yes. A lash lift curls and lifts your own natural lashes, and a tint darkens them, a low-maintenance option with no extensions and no daily upkeep.

We're open seven days. Monday 8am to 8pm, Tuesday 8am to 6pm, Wednesday 8am to 8pm, Thursday 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm, and Sunday 12pm to 2pm.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged a fee equal to 50% of the appointment amount. Emergencies happen, so if something comes up, reach out and we'll talk it through.
