Cancellations and rescheduling
We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, which helps us protect our artists' time and offer that slot to other clients. Specific notice windows are provided when you book.
Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service and may be non-refundable if you cancel without adequate notice.
Service satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concern about your service, please contact us within a reasonable time after your appointment so we can make it right. Because our services are personal and performed in person, we generally do not offer cash refunds on completed services, but we will work with you on adjustments or corrections where appropriate.
